Master License Holder

The Master License holder has world rights until $20,000 CDN is earned from their original investment of $10,000 CDN. The $20,000 CDN cap is earned through 5% increments of CommissionSeo.com's gross sales. This 5% includes commissions on Ad Sense revenues and sales of other agency types (State, Province, County, or City).  All Sales Agencies  get one equal share of the 5% of  Ad Sense revenues. 

Once $20,000 CDN is earned, the Master License holder would then choose the rights to a particular State, Province, or County and receive 5% of gross proceeds thereafter, with no further investment required. In addition, the Master License holder receives 80% of a city agency's sales within the Master License holder's area (including 80% of their yearly renewal fee of $1,000). For example, if we sold 10 City Sales Agencies at $1,000 each you would get $8,000 from said sales.

We charge 22% per month of a client's gross sales. Our contractors receive 5% of a client's gross sales and we guarantee $500 if a client does not pay. We offer the option of set monthly payments if the 22% per month is too much for a given client. If a client chooses the set monthly payment option, our contractors receive half of said agreed payment. If a client wishes to terminate their contract with CommissionSeo.com,  they have the option to buy-out the contract for an agreed amount.
